Preview / edit before applying
Select a template in `Tickets` to preview and edit Resolution Notes before `Preview` or `Apply Resolution`.
Select a ticket and template, then click Preview.

This creates an `IT Support Request` in `OISS`. The `Request Or Incident?` field is set to `Request`, and required service desk fields come from Jira.
The Jira endpoint `POST /rest/servicedeskapi/request` currently returns an error if `Issue Category`, `Issue Summary`, and `Primary Working Region` are missing.
Fill in the fields and click Create Ticket.
The template is generated from the example ticket, keeps the standard reply, and lets you override Resolution Notes before saving. Leave Group empty to store it under General.
Select a template from the list or create a new one. The `Fields JSON` field can be edited directly.
Select a ticket and click `Find Solution` to find similar resolved tickets in Jira.
This shows how many tickets are currently assigned to you and how many were resolved during the active periods.

Enter your current password and an Authy code or backup code to change the password.
After regeneration, the previous backup codes will stop working.
The app will generate a new QR code for Authy. After completion, the previous 2FA code will stop working.
